Early Life Edit
Little is known about Rosalind's personal life other than she was once married to a cardiologist and her husband died of cancer.
She worked for the CIA, MI6, consulted with the CDC, NASA, DOD, and even served in Russian counter intelligence. As Coulson put it, she has a way of disappearing and then reappearing with a new identity working for a new agency.

After S.H.I.E.L.D. takes Joey away, Rosalind rolls up to the scene in her SUV and Banks explains to her what happened. Rosalind then comments how it’s becoming harder for incidents like this to go unnoticed by the public.
Later at an ATCU facility, Rosalind tells Banks that from now on finding out who took Joey is their top priority. She also looks over the bodies of Lash’s victims in the nearby morgue.
Later that night, Coulson and Hunter set a trap for Rosalind only for her to turn the tables on them and have the two of them handcuffed by her men. After exchanging some witty banter, Rosalind tells Coulson she wants to know where he’s keeping the inhumans S.H.I.E.L.D. has taken. Also, she comments how she won’t hold the trail of dead Inhumans he’s leaving behind against him. This surprises Coulson as he assumed it was the ATCU that was killing Inhumans. Rosalind then receives a phone call about Lash attacking the hospital Lincoln was working at. While she’s distracted Coulson and Hunter escape.
A Wanted (Inhu)man Edit

Coulson contacts Rosalind and says he wants to set up a face-to-face meeting with her to which she agrees. They meet near an empty beach where Coulson suggests she should let S.H.I.E.L.D. bring in Lincoln because they can make sure he’ll come quietly and with less collateral damage. Rosalind, however, refuses Coulson's request as she has already assured the public that the ATCU will capture Lincoln and if they fail it'd make them look unreliable. Also, Rosalind threatened that unless S.H.I.E.L.D. helps the ATCU capture Lincoln then she’ll put a warrant out for Daisy's arrest and put her picture on the news telling the whole world she's inhuman too.
Coulson warned Rosalind, however, that if she does she’ll start a war with S.H.I.E.L.D. and he’ll devote all of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s resources to crushing the ATCU if she hurts Daisy. This didn't scare Rosalind, however, so instead Coulson offered his expertise and agreed that from now on the ATCU and S.H.I.E.L.D. will work together. This satisfies Rosalind and she agrees to leave Daisy alone.
Among Us Hide... Edit

Coulson meets with Rosalind so she can give him a tour of her facility. However, while on their way, Rosalind gets a call about a break in at her home. Coulson says he tired of waiting to see her facility and decides to tag along.
The local police are already on the scene and say the intruder was scared off by Rosalind’s home security system and so far they have no leads. Later, however, Coulson found it strange that the burglar didn’t take anything and that all of Rosalind’s furniture looked brand new. Coulson deduced Rosalind staged the break in to humanize herself and to get Coulson to like her more. Coulson then demanded they see her facility now to which Rosalind agrees.
Rosalind takes Coulson to Endotex Labs where Coulson sees what the ATCU is doing with inhumans they find. Inhumans are placed in special stasis pods where their bodies are kept in a vegetative state and attached to a life support system. Rosalind described it as like putting someone in a medically induced coma and described how the ATCU is working to find a cure that will neutralize inhumans powers. Furthermore, she described how many of the inhumans they have here hurt themselves or innocent people with their powers and how she believes in the work they do.
Chaos Theory Edit

Rosalind invites Coulson to intend a secret meeting with the president and his cabinet to discuss the future of enhanced people at NORAD. However, since S.H.I.E.L.D. isn’t supposed to exist, Coulson is listed just as a consultant for the ATCU. Also, as a show of trust, Coulson takes Rosalind to the meeting aboard Zephyr One and has Daisy give Rosalind a tour of their operations. However, during the tour Rosalind and Daisy argue about the ATCU’s methods for handling inhumans to which Rosalind says for every Daisy Johnson there’s a Lash.
During the flight, Coulson tells Rosalind he's going to have to cancel their meeting because he just received word from Lincoln that Andrew is Lash and he's abducted May. Coulson finds the abandoned building Andrews keeping May in and an ATCU and S.H.I.E.L.D. team surrounded to building to capture Lash. During the fight Lash throws Rosalind off a ledge, but Daisy saves her using her vibration powers. Later, Rosalind explains to May how if she allows the ATCU to put Andrew in a stasis pod it could slow his transformation into Lash and give them time to find a cure. May accepts Rosalind's offer.

Coulson agrees to give Rosalind a tour of S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ. During the tour, however, Rosalind receives a call telling her that someone has hacked into their network, but Coulson quickly explains the containment module they transported Andrew in is designed to scan any local network it finds and said that feature can be easily disabled.
While showing Rosalind S.H.I.E.L.D.'s inhuman containment room, he locks the door behind him and asks Rosalind how long she's been working for Hydra. Rosalind becomes confused and Coulson explains that when they first met she mentioned T.A.H.I.T.I. and the only way she could know about that would be if she was a part of Hydra. Furthermore, Coulson informs her that Hunter and Bobbi are in the ATCU right now and discovered that the ATCU isn't trying to cure inhumans but rather are trying to create more inhumans by spreading terrigen.
Rosalind is shocked and then remembers that it was Malick who told her about T.A.H.I.T.I. and that he's the real Hydra mole. Rosalind then calls Banks and has him help Bobbi and Hunter escape.

The episode opens with Rosalind and Coulson eating dinner together. Rosalind explains how she plans to go back to the ATCU to learn more about Malick when an unseen sniper shoots her in the neck and kills her. The sniper is revealed to be Grant Ward. Coulson then receives a call from Ward taunting him how he fired the bullet that killed Rosalind. Ward goes on to say that he wanted his former boss to know what it was like to watch the "woman you love, bleeding out in your arms". Rosalind is later succeeded as ATCU Head by Gen. Glenn Talbot.
- While inside Rosalind's home, Coulson commented how Rosalind has a large collection of books about Margaret Thatcher. It's possible Thatcher was a role model of Rosalinds.
