Arriving on Midgard Edit
Vin-Tak left Hala after discovering that one of the genetically enhanced humans had been changed via Terrigen Mist. With apparent good intentions, Vin-Tak cam to Earth, only to be hunted by Lady Sif. Sif found Vin-Tak in Portugal, and during a fight he erased her memory using his truncheon.
Run-In with S.H.I.E.L.D. Edit
Vin-Tak was found by S.H.I.E.L.D. within a hospital after being located via a Twitter video. Agents Morse and Skye were sent to apprehend him. After escaping Skye and Morse, he headed to a dig site where the Obelisks containing terrigen crystals were kept. Shortly before opening what was supposed to contain the Obelisks, Vin-Tak was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D..
Once in the base, Vin-Tak attempted to convince Agent Coulson that his intentions were good, and that he could prove it by restoring Sif's memory. After a standoff, Vin-Tak took the truncheon from Coulson's hand and restored Lady Sif's memory. Shortly after, Skye's newly-found powers started to cause the building to tremor. Vin-Tak, realizing that Skye was the new Inhuman, attempted to kill her, claiming that it was because she was an abomination.
After pursuing Skye, Vin-Tak was confronted by Agent Morse, who then attacked. After fighting what was seemingly a losing battle, Morse reached for the truncheon and wiped Vin-Tak's memory.
Return to Hala Edit
Vin-Tak, with no memory of what had happened, had to be "filled in" on what had happened. He was told by Agent Coulson that there were people that wanted him dead, and that S.H.I.E.L.D. had protected him. Gratefully, he agreed to return to his home planet with Lady Sif.
